What we store

Your account; what your linked platforms and your phone send: sessions, measurements, sleep, heart, ECGs; what you add yourself: labs and their files, medication, your journal and notes, your goals, your medical profile and appointments; and what Syncera makes for you: reports, kept seven days, share links and notices.

Where your data goes

To the platforms you link, only to fetch your data. To the Dutch medicines register, when you scan or search a medicine or open a leaflet. To Apple, the area of a route the iPhone app draws on its map; the web draws maps from tiles our server keeps, fetched once per area. To Mistral, only if you switch on Ask. To an email provider, for the notices you chose by email. To whoever you send a share link, and to an assistant you connect yourself, what you give them. Nowhere else: never sold, never used for marketing, never passed on for research.

How it is protected

Everything between your devices and Syncera is encrypted in transit. Your platform connections are stored encrypted. The database cannot be reached from the internet and runs in the EU. This site loads nothing from anyone else: no trackers, no adverts, no outside fonts.

Your controls

On the web, download everything in one file. Delete your account and everything in it with one button. Lock the iPhone app with Face ID. Switch off what you do not use. This site sets one cookie: your language, and only when you choose one.

Your own assistant

Give an assistant that speaks MCP a token, made in the web app's settings, and it can read your record: sessions, health, labs, medication and more. It cannot change anything, the token lasts a year, and you can take it back at any time. Your data then goes to that assistant's provider, so choose one you trust.
