Sleep and heart

Last night, against your usual night.

Sleep and heart are where wearables disagree most. Syncera brings the stages from your ring or watch, your resting heart rate and HRV together, and puts each against what is normal for you rather than for anyone. On the iPhone, ECGs too; oxygen, breathing and glucose have pages of their own.

Your night in stages

Deep, REM, light and awake as your device saw them, when you fell asleep and how often you woke, beside the nights you usually have. Weeks and months as a chart, to see what changed.

Heart over time

Resting heart rate, HRV and VO₂max, and on the iPhone your heart rate when walking and your recovery after training, each with a band for your usual. When a figure stands out, the page says so.

ECGs you can find

On the iPhone, your Apple Watch's ECGs as strips you can read, with the watch's own classification and your heart rate. Irregular rhythm and high or low heart rate alerts sit beside them.

Goes with this

Syncera keeps and shows your own records. It does not diagnose and does not replace your doctor.
