How Syncera combines

Three apps, one answer.

When your watch, your erg and Apple Health all saw the same session, Syncera does not count it three times. It recognises them as one, keeps the best of each, and shows you where every figure came from.

Duplicates found

Sessions that overlap in time and kind are joined into one, with every source listed beside it. Your totals, training load and records are counted once. Sessions you add by hand join the same way.

The sensor wins

Where the sources disagree, the value closest to the measurement wins: a rower's flywheel beats an estimate from your wrist. A value that is only a copy of another app's is not counted as a second opinion. Every field shows which source it came from and what the others said.

You decide the rest

Some pairs Syncera cannot settle alone, such as two walks that may be one. It puts those to you, and you can change your answer later. For some kinds of data you choose which source leads, and a weighing or a blood pressure reading can be left out without deleting it, and brought back.
